Human and AI transcription for video creators
What they are
Gamma
Gamma is an AI presentation and content platform that turns a prompt, outline, or pasted document into a presentation, webpage, or document using a fluid card-based format rather than fixed slides. It targets marketers, educators, consultants, and small business owners who need polished visual content without a designer. Outputs publish directly as web pages or export to PowerPoint, PDF, and Google Slides. The free tier is genuinely usable for testing, but its 400 non-refilling credits mean most regular users will need a paid plan.
Rev
Rev transcribes audio and video files using either automated AI or human transcriptionists, returning time-stamped text files, captions, and subtitles. It serves podcasters, journalists, video producers, and educators who need accurate transcripts quickly. Human transcription is notably more accurate than AI for complex audio, but costs more per minute. A free trial lets you test the AI tier before committing.
